Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IKON Medex website at ikonmedex.com and quote.ikonmedex.com, as well as any transaction you enter into with IKMX Consulting LLC. By accessing our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or enter into a transaction with us. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Description of Services

IKON Medex purchases unused, unexpired, and unopened diabetic testing supplies — including glucose test strips, CGM sensors, lancets, and related products — from individuals who no longer need them. We do not sell or dispense any medical products to consumers. All purchases are conducted in compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

3. The Quote Process

Submitting a quote request does not obligate you or IKON Medex to complete a transaction. A quote is an offer to purchase your supplies based on the information you provide. Your offer may be adjusted if the supplies received differ in any way (quantity, brand, expiration, condition, or lot number) from what was stated in your submission. You will always be informed of any adjustment before the transaction is finalized — you decide whether to accept or decline.

4. Supply Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for purchase, supplies must:

• Be unused and in original, unopened packaging
• Not be expired at the time of receipt
• Not be labeled as samples or for not-for-sale use
• Not have been obtained through fraudulent means, including Medicaid or Medicare fraud
• Be legally owned by the individual submitting the request

Submission of supplies that do not meet these requirements may result in rejection of the shipment and return at the sender's expense. IKON Medex reserves the right to decline any purchase at its sole discretion.

5. Shipping

Where applicable, IKON Medex provides a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Risk of loss or damage during transit remains with the sender until supplies are received and confirmed at our facility. IKON Medex is not responsible for supplies lost or damaged in transit when using a third-party shipping carrier.

6. Payment

Payment is issued after your supplies have been received, inspected, and verified against your quote. Paid within hours after delivery confirmation. Payment method options are communicated during the transaction process. IKON Medex is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment platforms or incorrect payment information provided by the customer.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any quote request
• Attempt to sell supplies obtained through illegal means
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of our website or systems
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
